My iPhone 11 is 10 months old, and the battery health lists at 87%. My performance has tanked, and I’m charging constantly. Can’t imagine what anything less than 80% would be like – 80% being Apple’s definition of ‘still optimal performance’, which is the extent of their 1 year battery warranty.
4 days ago · A: Yes, the battery on the iPhone 11 can be replaced. It's recommended to have it replaced by an authorized service provider to ensure the quality and performance of the new battery. Q: How often should I check the battery health on my iPhone 11? A: It's a good practice to check the battery health of your iPhone 11 periodically, especially if
It (battery health) means that the maximum capacity is 83% of the original design capacity. 100% state of charge (displayed next to the battery icon) represents a full charge level to that 83% battery health. What 100% represents is a little bit more complicated, but I won't get into the details. If battery health is 50%, that means a 100%
My battery health remained at 100% for exactly a year. Then it lost 5% the next 2 months. My tips are: 1- always charge the phone at 25% 2- Never let the phone over heat. -even when charging. 3- till this day I’ve never let the phone reach 100% (not more than 4 times, always unplug around 90%) but all reviewers says it doesn’t matter -I’m telling you what I did- 4- use the phone as you
battery will degrade no matter how you use it. The less you use it, the slower the battery degrades. Dont let the phone heat up too much. My dad uses a iphone 7 plus bought 4 years ago and the battery health is at 80%. I am using XR since 2 years and its battery health is 83%. So use it however you want it.
The display says 84%. But the battery will go from 100% charged to 70% charged in a few moments use. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes. And it can recharge back up to 100% in a fairly short time as well. When it was new, it took upward of 3 hours to recharge from about 10% to 100%. I think that possibly the Battery Health is deliberately stuck at 84%
Got my iPhone 11 Pro in December 2019, was down to 83% battery health in January 2022. Got the battery replaced at apple for €75. New battery is down to 88% already
Re: Battery I think your battery is fine. That percentage is based on charge cycles, a charge cycle is any cycle from 0-100%, which could be two charges if 50-100%. So generally speaking, the more you use your phone the sooner you'll need to replace the battery. You should still get 2+ years out of a battery.
